ORDER RETURNS/REFUND POLICY:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need help using our device, please reach out to our support team and we will be glad to assist you. Our FAQs as well as our video training materials will help you use the device to its full potential.
In a rare case of an item being defective, we will replace your item free of charge after defect is confirmed by our support team.
Please do not send the items back to us without our approval. Our company reserves the right to reject any unauthorized returns.
Customer is able to cancel their order 24 hours from placing it before order is shipped out for a full refund no questions asked. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel within the time period.
REFUNDS PROCESSING TIME:
After we receive your return - unused and in its original packaging - we will process a refund within 3-5 business days.
Our company reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions such as signs of use or damage.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1-year Limited Warranty
Everything Beauty™ warrants this device for a period of ONE (1) YEAR after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If you discover a defect and notify Everything Beauty™ during the warranty period, Everything Beauty™ will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. The barcode located on the box guarantees the authenticity of the device. To claim your warranty, you must email email@example.com for assistance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect those rights in any way.
